Many organisations we work with point to recruitment as their biggest challenge and pain point within Diversity and Inclusion. During our panel discussion we will explore a holistic approach in attracting and retaining a more diverse workforce and how that is complementary to an inclusive recruitment process.
Alongside our own 50:50 diversity specialists we will be joined by The People Place HR and Edward Reed Recruitment who will provide real life examples and case studies from their extensive experience. By showcasing the good, the bad and the ugly, we will highlight the impact that bad habits and bias can have on hiring. Expect lots of food for thought and practical tips.
