We do this by helping organisations get the balance right. Our unique approach engages everyone to ensure you have a culture that embraces gender equality and leads to improved recruitment, retention and reputation – and a better business.

Bridging the gender gap in the UK by 2025 would add as much as £150bn to the economy.

Organisations with inclusive cultures are twice as likely to meet or exceed financial targets, and 8 times more likely to achieve better business outcomes.
The UK economy will need two million new managers by 2024 – and 1.5 million will need to be women to achieve gender balance.

Through our 50:50 workshops and memberships, participants improve skills, become more confident and are able to progress in their career or become a stronger leader in their organisation.
