Our 50:50 mission is to achieve gender equality in the workplace

We do this by supporting organisations with our unique approach, engaging everyone to ensure there is a culture that genuinely embraces equality for all, leading to better business, improved recruitment, retention and reputation.

Positive Action for Gender Balance and Diversity of Thinking

We believe in a 50:50 approach to creating gender balance for the digital economy by encouraging diversity of thinking and positive action.

Female representation in the UK tech and ICT sector currently sits at 18%, while the percentage of senior roles filled by women is half of that.

Considering that 59% of the total workforce is women and, it’s 100 years after gaining the vote, such a monumental gender imbalance in this sector is quite astonishing!

Through our 50:50 workshops and CPD programmes, participants improve skills, become more confident and are able to progress in their career or become a stronger leader in their organisation.

"The program goes beyond the usual skill building you get in a corporate training and helps you learn about you. I feel like I now acknowledge my skills more confidently and can rationalise previous behaviours, perceptions and those of others. And it's super fun!”"

Gemma Carlile

IT Manager, Procter & Gamble

"Excellent stimulus to get us thinking, talking about the issues and how we might want to change things. I also liked the open sharing among the group. I came to learn, and I certainly did that and am challenged to reflect and act."

Paul Koshy

Innovation Manager Innovation Super Network

Equality is by,
and for, everyone.

We know there is a real need for men to be involved in changing behaviours and culture so we also offer mixed group workshops.

Our programmes are delivered by experts and experienced mentors to make sure all attendees are equipped to make a difference in their workplace for themselves and their colleagues, take actions to tackle the issues, and contribute more to their organisation.
