Are you ready to Start the Conversation?
Equality is by, and for, everyone. We know there is a real need for men to be involved in changing behaviours and culture as well as women, so we offer a unique inclusive approach to achieving gender equality.
Our ‘Start the conversation’ workshop is for all. Delivered by experts, it equips attendees to be able to make an immediate difference in their workplace, for themselves and their colleagues, by taking actions to tackle the issues, and contribute to a better business.
This full day workshop is a unique neutral space for colleagues to discuss and share their experiences, opinions and issues. It is also a practical action-focused session which helps colleagues agree steps they will take to make positive changes within their workplace.
Large organisations can benefit from a series of Start the Conversation workshops, involving as many employees as necessary.
"This goes beyond the usual skill building you get in a corporate training and helps you learn about you. I feel like I now acknowledge my skills more confidently and can rationalise previous behaviours, perceptions and those of others. And it's super fun!”

IT Manager, Procter & Gamble
Joining the Community
All employees who attend the workshop can benefit from ongoing support, by being invited to ‘Join the community.’ Our membership platform gives a dedicated place to connect with others beyond their own company, learning from and sharing with peers and experts. More information on our Annual Membership can be found here
“Excellent stimulus to get us thinking, talking about the issues and how we might want to change things. I also liked the open sharing among the group. I came to learn, and I certainly did that and am challenged to reflect and act.”
