Our junior programme is aimed at ages 14+ and run as twilight classes.
On the back of the UK government’s 50:50 strategy to achieve gender equality in the workplace we are supporting organisations with their recruitment, retention and reputation to work towards this goal.
From taster sessions, to one day workshops, to our intensive CPD, our programmes are accessible to employees at any level within their organisation. Our training is about fostering an inclusive culture and engaging with both men and women within your organisation.
We regularly run workshops that are open to all, so as well as enjoying the workshop you get to meet other people from diverse backgrounds and working in different companies.
